What makes this fellowship stand out is the genuine hands-on training. Fellows are actually involved in surgeries and guided step by step which bill both confidence and surgical competence. In particular exposure to shoulder arthroscopy is outstanding, an area where structured hands on training is still limited in many programs across India. I am deeply grateful to KNS Sir and the Vale team for providing such an excellent training environment.

This is the best place for learning and at the same time practice good surgical skills. This fellowship gave me clear surgical principles and protocols in the field of arthroscopy. Very friendly learning experience and Good hands on skills, Also support given for UK fellowship is great and I am always thankful to Dr KNS sir for his simplicity and humanity.
